About The Team
OCEAN™ was built by Andrea Fronzetti Colladon – professor, researcher, and someone who has spent years studying how people and organizations attempt change, and why they so often follow familiar patterns of success and failure. He leads the Business and Collective Intelligence Lab at Roma Tre University and works alongside leading Italian and international organizations. The method is shaped not by theory alone, but by close work with what transformation actually looks like in practice.
